  • A finding by McKinsey Global Institute says MNC’s find only 25% graduates employable
  • A NASSCOM report foresees shortage of 500,000 knowledge workers by 2010
  • Out of 13 million people being added to the workforce every year, only 3 million of them are getting trained with the current capacity of the available training resources (Data Source: CII).
